Job Description

Trade Unleashed is a fast-growing ERP and retail technology platform helping businesses manage operations across online and offline channels. We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to lead growth initiatives, drive brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition
• Manage performance marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, Email)
• Create targeted messaging for retail and e-commerce audiences
• Build and optimize marketing funnels
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
• Collaborate with product and sales teams for GTM alignment
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy or growth marketing
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, retail tech, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
• Experience in scaling early-stage marketing functions

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
