Marketing Strategist - Part time

About Us

Campbell Dermatology & Aesthetics is a growing multi-location dermatology practice providing expert medical and aesthetic care. We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Strategist to provide strategic marketing oversight and provider engagement support.

In this role, you will develop and manage referring provider engagement strategies while coordinating and guiding our external marketing partner on CRM, SEO, website, and digital campaigns. You will ensure all digital initiatives are effective, aligned with practice goals, and deliver measurable results. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in healthcare marketing strategy without being fully responsible for digital execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Oversight & Provider Engagement

  • Develop and execute referring provider outreach strategies, including relationship-building, newsletters, and engagement campaigns
  • Coordinate with leadership to set marketing priorities and ensure alignment with practice goals
  • Oversee and guide the external marketing partner on CRM, SEO, website, and digital campaigns
  • Review performance data and CRM reports to provide actionable insights for leadership

Community & Office Outreach

  • Support local community programs, educational events, and office outreach initiatives
  • Represent the practice at select community or healthcare events as needed

Brand & Digital Management Oversight

  • Ensure consistent branding across digital platforms, directories, Google Business Profiles, and in-office materials
  • Coordinate with the external marketing partner to ensure timely, accurate execution of campaigns and updates

Expansion & Launch Support

  • Assist in marketing strategy and coordination for new services, providers, and office openings
  • Align marketing activity with operational capacity and scheduling

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical practice, or local business marketing
  • Comfortable leading strategic initiatives and coordinating external vendors rather than executing digital campaigns directly
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing concepts, and basic analytics
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in dermatology or medical aesthetics is a plus (not required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
