Joint role for 20M Blueprint + Eurosev Construction

About the role

We are hiring a Marketing & Content Manager to own the content engine for two connected construction

businesses. 20M Blueprint is a consulting + community brand teaching construction company owners how to

scale past $1M/yr (the founder, Geo Ardelean, scaled his own company from $0 to $20M in 6 years). Eurosev

Construction is a South Florida general contracting firm executing commercial projects in the $200K–$2M+

range. You'll run the marketing for both — content, social, lead gen, and brand presence — across all

platforms.

This is the role for someone who can write like a contractor, design like a marketer, and execute like an

operator. Not a corporate brand manager. Not an agency person.

buildouts, interior renovations, and selective

outreach.

What you'll own

Content production (60% of time)

  • Build and ship 3–5 Instagram carousels per week for 20M Blueprint (Geo as the face, construction-owner

audience).

  • Write and produce 4–6 short-form videos per week for TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts — scripts,

capture coordination, captions.

  • Manage Geo's personal accounts (IG, TikTok, YouTube) — consistent posting, comment engagement, DMs.
  • Run the Eurosev Construction LinkedIn + Instagram — project photos, case studies, before/after, milestone

announcements.

  • Build the content engine — templates, brand kit application, asset library.

Lead generation + funnel (25% of time)

  • Run the 20M Blueprint Skool community signup funnel — drive traffic from social.
  • Manage the high-ticket consulting booking flow — landing pages, lead capture, follow-up email sequences.
  • For Eurosev: support BD efforts — case study creation, capabilities sheets, proposal-ready collateral, GC

outreach materials. Track KPIs across both brands — content reach, follower growth, Skool conversions, consulting call

bookings, Eurosev lead volume.

Brand + ops (15% of time)

  • Maintain brand voice across both companies — 20M Blueprint is no-BS contractor-native; Eurosev is

professional GC-credible.

  • Coordinate with Geo (CEO, 20M), Alejandro Montejo (Vice President, sales), and Luis Pop (Business Development Manager) on content calendars.
  • Source / hire / manage freelance editors, designers, or videographers when volume requires.
  • Stay current on construction-industry social trends and platform algorithm shifts.

Who we're looking for

Must have:

  • 2–4 years in content marketing, social media management, or brand marketing
  • Strong portfolio of carousels, short-form video scripts, and social copy you've personally written and shipped.
  • Native command of CapCut (or similar), and at least one project management tool.
  • Construction-industry awareness — you understand what a GC is, what a sub is, what an RFP is. You don't

have to be a contractor, but you can't sound like an outsider when writing for this audience.

  • Self-managing executor — comfortable owning a content calendar, hitting deadlines without

micromanagement.

  • Based in Miami or willing to relocate.

Nice to have:

  • Personal experience working in or around the construction industry.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (huge plus for the Eurosev side and South FL market).
  • Direct response copywriting chops — landing pages, sales pages, email sequences.
  • Experience with Skool, Stripe, or other community/membership platforms.

Compensation & benefits

Base salary $55,000 – $75,000/yr depending on experience

Equity / upside Potential equity participation in 20M Blueprint after 12 months for the right person

(subject to performance review).

PTO 15 days paid vacation + standard US holidays

Tools All software (Canva Pro, Adobe CC, scheduling tools) covered. New Equipment needed provided.

budget, and strategy across the holdings.
