We are looking for a motivated, creative, and ambitious Marketing & Student Recruitment Intern to join our growing team in Lahore.

Role Overview

As a Marketing & Student Recruitment Intern, you will support our marketing and student recruitment activities while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, student counselling, and international education consulting.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, confident in communication, active on social media, and interested in building a career in marketing, education, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Design marketing materials, promotional graphics, and advertisements
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
• Respond to social media inquiries and generate leads
• Assist educational counsellors in student consultations
• Conduct follow-up calls and messages with prospective students
• Maintain student records and CRM data
• Support educational events, seminars, webinars, and exhibitions
• Help research universities, scholarships, and study abroad opportunities
• Contribute new marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and student engagement

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confidence in dealing with students and parents
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic designing (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Filmora, etc.)
• Social media content creation
• Photography or videography skills
• Customer service or sales experience
• Educational consultancy experience (preferred but not required)
