Marketing Supervisor

If you’re a strategic marketer who thrives on leading integrated campaigns, aligning closely with sales, and seeing your work translate into measurable growth, we’d love to connect. As a Marketing Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in driving both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, managing marketing automation and CRM systems, and generating demand through digital channels, events, and creative storytelling.

You’ll succeed in this role if you’re equal parts strategist and executor - Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and knows how to turn marketing strategy into business results. You’ll lead with both creativity and accountability, helping develop talent and elevate how our brand shows up in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive lead generation and engagement. Manage lead generation, capture, nurturing, and handoff processes to sales.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop high-converting assets such as blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, email, social media, podcasts, and paid media.
  • Plan and manage events, tradeshows, and field marketing programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with sales for alignment on campaign goals.
  • Coach and develop marketing team members, fostering creativity and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proven success in leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Well-developed experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and performance reporting to refine strategy.
  • Experience in sales enablement and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with event and field marketing (preferred).
  • Strong management and team development capabilities.
  • A portfolio of campaign examples showcasing results and creative execution.
