- Growth Architecture: Envision and execute integrated marketing initiatives across a portfolio of niche trading brands. Your primary mission is to scale the user base—turning strategic intent into app downloads and active user volume.
- Result-Oriented Leadership: Lead with a "numbers-first" mentality. You are responsible for defining and hitting concrete KPIs. You don't just report on activity; you report on quantifiable business impact, acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Strategic Team Management: Harness the power of a high-performance team. With your deep experience in people management, you will mentor talent and orchestrate complex workflows, ensuring a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Functional Mastery: You will oversee and drive at least multiple market functions, ensuring our brands are not just present, but dominant in the market.
- Internet Industry Innovation: Navigate the fast-paced landscape. You will identify the "insanely great" opportunities that competitors miss, leveraging internet-native trends to keep our brands at the top of the food chain.

The Requirements
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to see the big picture, anticipate trends, and set a bold agenda for brand and marketing.
- Creative Leadership: Hands-on experience leading creative ideation, developing briefs, and guiding teams/agencies to award-worthy work.
- Business Acumen: Ability to connect brand, campaign, and customer strategy to business KPIs and commercial outcomes.
- Experience: 6+ years in marketing, ideally within digital-first, high-growth internet environments.
- AI & Digital Fluency: Comfortable with AI-driven marketing tools, analytics, and martech; ready to push boundaries.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; confident presenting to senior leaders and external partners.
- Project Management: Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proven Impact: A portfolio of projects characterized by concrete numeric outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
