Starting Salary: ₹13,500 per month + Travel Allowances

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Marketing Survey Representative to join our team in Siliguri. Unlike a direct sales role, your primary focus is market intelligence. You will be on the ground gathering data & points from mechanics of garages (GURUs), transport hubs, and spare part retailers to help us understand market demand, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction regarding Tata Motors Genuine Parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Point Collection: Visit local workshops, fleet owners, and retailers to conduct & collect structured surveys using digital point forms.
• Brand Awareness: Distribute promotional materials (leaflets, stickers, posters) and explain the value of using Tata Motors Genuine Parts over local "aftermarket" brands.
• Competitor Mapping: Identify which non-genuine brands are popular in the Siliguri market and report on their pricing and schemes.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential new retail points or large fleet owners and pass these leads to the Sales Team.
• Feedback Gathering: Act as the "ears on the ground" to record complaints or suggestions from mechanics regarding part availability or quality.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Graduate will be given preference to apply!
• Skills: * Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to strike up conversations.
• Basic comfort using smartphone apps for data entry.
• Patience and persistence in a field-work environment.
• Languages: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi. Knowledge of Nepali is a major advantage for the Siliguri/Dooars region.
• Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field visits.
