Marketing Team Leader - Faith Based Agency

Our company is a communications and marketing agency that primarily works with Christian churches, and faith based non-profits.

However, we also manage the marketing for traditional companies and brands as well.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Team Leader to join our team to help with the following areas:

Social Media Strategy

Social Media Content Management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube...etc)

Content Marketing (emails, blogs, etc)

Paid Ads & SEO

The ideal candidate will have an incredible eye for design, and be highly creative from an execution and strategy standpoint. We do have a team of media editors to assist with content editing.

We are seeking someone who has the ability to provide strategy, deliver the execution, and own the results.

A strong understanding of Christian church social media is a plus. Experience with digital marketing in traditional businesses is another huge plus.

Our company is in the process of expanding to new areas, and this position is a 2 phase position, which begins with a shared revenue of new clients, and transitions to the final phase which is base salary pay.
