Marketing Tech Specialist

Tibiaan is looking for a Marketing Tech Specialist to join its team in Muscat. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of marketing and technology, designed for someone who is passionate about building systems, improving performance, and driving scalable growth through automation and digital tools.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for transforming marketing from a manual execution function into a scalable, technology-enabled growth engine. You will act as the central link between Marketing and IT, ensuring that tools, platforms, and data work together efficiently to support performance, innovation, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tools for task distribution, automated reporting, and lead qualification
  • Scale automation initiatives to improve efficiency, speed, and accuracy
  • Oversee website publishing and performance, including backend coordination with IT
  • Ensure proper CRM integration and accurate lead flow tracking across all platforms
  • Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, and tracking systems
  • Translate marketing needs into clear technical requirements and workable solutions
  • Collaborate with IT on platform integrations, security, and system performance
  • Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and usability for decision-making
  • Support marketing with reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Improve workflows by reducing manual processes and increasing system efficiency
  • Assist in testing, debugging, and improving digital tools and platforms
  • Support rollout of new tools, features, and integrations
