Marketing & Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.
• Promote and sell our products (Building Materials).
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the market.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect and analyze market information to support sales strategies.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing of building materials or construction products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical details of products and explain them to clients & consultants.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid Driving License (mandatory).
• Fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
