Role Description
We're seeking a results-driven MarketingTechnician to join our growing team during an exciting inflection point. You'll work directly with our CEO, outside marketing strategist, and sales leadership to execute high-impact B2B healthcare marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue.
This is NOT a traditional brand marketing role. We're looking for a digital marketing practitioner who lives and breathes direct response, conversion optimization, and data-driven campaigns. If you thrive on seeing your work generate qualified demos and closed deals, this role is for you.
Role Details
•Position: Marketing Technician (Individual Contributor)
•Location: Remote (US-based preferred, must work during US Eastern Time business hours)
•Schedule: Part-time to start (15-25 hours/week), transitioning to full-time based on performance
•Compensation: $20-$28/hour based on experience
•Start: Immediate
•Growth Path: High performers will move into Marketing Manager role as we scale
Campaign Execution & Optimization
•Build and manage multi-channel B2B healthcare marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content syndication, paid search, events) using HubSpot and Zoho CRM
•Execute partnership marketing initiatives with EMR vendors and industry partners to drive co-branded lead generation
•Set up and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths that turn prospects into qualified demos
•Manage campaign execution (premium targeted display partner) and other vendors to hit lead generation targets
•Create SOPs for repeatable campaigns and continuously test, iterate, and improve performance based on data
Content & Sales Enablement
•Write persuasive B2B healthcare copy for emails, landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, and sales collateral
•Develop sales enablement materials that help our team close deals with orthopedics, behavioral health, urgent care, pediatrics, and primary care practices
•Coordinate with design teams to produce professional marketing assets quickly
•Organize and maintain marketing content library in Google Drive for easy team access
Analytics & Reporting
•Track weekly KPIs using HubSpot, Zoho, and Google Analytics to measure campaign performance against goals
•Implement UTM tracking and conversion measurement across all digital channels
•Provide weekly performance updates with clear recommendations for optimization
•Run A/B tests on email subject lines, landing page copy, and CTAs to continuously improve conversion rates
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
•Monitor competitors to identify market positioning opportunities
•Research target healthcare specialties, buyer personas, and industry trends to inform campaign strategy
•Stay current on healthcare marketing regulations, HIPAA compliance, and industry best practices
Required Experience & Skills
•2+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
•Proven track record building successful marketing campaigns that generated measurable pipeline and revenue (be prepared to share specific results)
•Strong direct response copywriting skills - you can write emails and landing page copy that converts
•Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform (campaign building, email workflows, landing pages, forms, analytics)
•Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) for lead tracking and sales collaboration
•Comfortable with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking to measure campaign ROI
•Self-directed learner who can research solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and find answers independently
•Excellent project management skills - you can juggle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and communicate progress proactively
Bonus Points (Not Required But Highly Valued)
•Healthcare marketing experience (especially patient engagement, practice management, or EMR ecosystems)
•Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising)
•Experience with SEO, content marketing, and inbound lead generation
•Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and regulatory considerations
•Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) tactics for enterprise healthcare sales
•Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page customization
