Marketing Trainee

The Secret Identity (TSI) is the creative sister company of The Secret Society – the region’s largest and fastest-growing influencer, blogger, and model community. We work with leading brands across the Middle East, East Asia, and Europe to shape the future of digital marketing through innovative campaigns and strategic collaborations.

We are looking for a Marketing Trainee to join our team on a 6-month program, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and brand strategy in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Support content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Help manage and monitor social media accounts & community engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver compelling content.
• Assist in influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and event activations.
• Track and report on campaign KPIs and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Passion for digital marketing, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or content scheduling platforms is a plus.
