Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to drive our brand's growth and visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign management, team leadership, and a proven track record of achieving marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials (website, social media, advertisements).
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and partners for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligning with business goals.
  • Manage and create content for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Stay updated on latest social media trends and technologies.
  • Analyze and report on social media campaign performance, recommending improvements.
  • Maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely posting.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement.
  • Ensure ongoing management, continuity, and execution of social media marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to meet program goals on schedule and on target.
  • Proactively escalate issues, successes, and key insights throughout campaigns.
  • Identify relevant influencers and coordinate outreach and reporting.
  • Maintain consistency of messages/posts across multiple networks.
  • Serve as community and relationship manager, resolving issues promptly.
  • Generate independent campaign ideas, set up monthly content calendars.
  • Create weekly social media program status reports detailing insights and monitoring results.
  • Analyze performance against key KPIs and present campaign ideas and budgets to clients.
  • To generate a certain amount of revenue through marketing campaigns or increasing sales through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Expected to meet or exceed lead generation targets to ensure a healthy pipeline of potential customers.
  • To implement strategies to improve conversion rates through targeted messaging, effective nurturing campaigns, and optimizing the user experience.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, allocate resources effectively, and continuously optimize strategies to achieve the highest possible ROI.
  • To develop and execute branding strategies, increase social media engagement, and implement PR initiatives to raise the company's profile.
  • Increase engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and email open rates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of the local Hawaii market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.

Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the marketing team.

A passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.

Experience in Real Estate is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
