Marketing VP

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, email, and events.
• Manage content creation and calendars, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience relevance.
• Lead digital marketing efforts including website optimisation, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on objectives and messaging.
• Analyse market trends, campaign data, and customer insights to inform strategy and maximise ROI.
• Plan and manage events, trade shows, and sponsorships to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Oversee and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and results.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated success in planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven with experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
