About the Opportunity

Vesper Wave is relaunching our company and we are looking for a creative, motivated student to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Web Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys writing, designing, and working with digital tools. You’ll gain real‑world experience in marketing, content creation, and online branding while helping us grow our digital presence while you grow your portfolio.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn valuable skills that translate directly into future careers in marketing, business, design, and technology.

Your Responsibilities

Funnel Development & Marketing Automation

• Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels
• Create landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences
• Track funnel performance and recommend improvements

Website Content Creation

• Write and update content for our website
• Create blog posts, service descriptions, and promotional copy
• Ensure content is clear, engaging, and SEO‑friendly

Graphic Design & Marketing Materials

• Create business cards, postcards, flyers, and other marketing pieces
• Design digital graphics for social media and the website
• Prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready files

Social Media & Traffic Generation

• Draft and schedule posts across social platforms
• Help drive traffic to the website using multiple channels
• Conduct basic keyword and trend research

SEO, Research & Analytics

• Assist with keyword research
• Monitor website performance
• Help create simple reports

Organization & Project Support

• Keep marketing assets and CEO organized

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or Animate; understanding of animation principles is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with content management systems including WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint; knowledge of website maintenance is advantageous.
• Skills in usability testing and web accessibility standards to ensure inclusive digital experiences.
• Basic knowledge of web servers and back-end technologies such as MySQL or SQL databases; experience with React or Node.js is a bonus. .
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and techniques.
