Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support:
• Assist the Marketing and Sustainability Manager with day-to-day project needs and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Support sustainability reporting efforts, including data collection, documentation, and analysis for initiatives like sustainability certifications.
• Assist with content creation for social media, newsletters, website updates, and internal communications to highlight Badger Color’s sustainability efforts.
• Administrative Support:
• Track and report on the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with set goals and timelines.
• Organize and prepare materials for internal and external events, and training sessions related to sale and sustainability.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate project completion and maintain records of communications and project files.

Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant experience (1 – 2 years) and/or Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Sustainability, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills and Experience:
• Passion for sustainability, corporate responsibility, and marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a requirement
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
