Endless Mountains Veterinary Center is excited to offer a dynamic and engaging Summer Internship in Marketing and Social Media, designed for motivated senior level students eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and brand promotion. This internship is ideal for a senior-level marketing student who is passionate about digital communication, brand awareness, and content creation. The Social Media Marketing Intern will assist in developing professional, informative, and engaging content designed to increase community awareness, client engagement, and overall volume across EMVC locations. The ideal candidate possesses strong social media knowledge, graphic design capabilities, and the ability to communicate veterinary and pet-related information in a clear and approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule professional, informative, and engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Develop digital graphics, visual campaigns, and promotional materials consistent with EMVC branding.
• Assist with planning and executing social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement, audience growth, and appointment volume.
• Capture and organize photo/video content from multiple EMVC locations for marketing use.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to highlight services, patient stories, company culture, community involvement, and educational veterinary topics.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas to improve visibility and reach.
• Track and report social media performance metrics and audience engagement.
• Ensure all content reflects EMVC’s professional image, mission, and values

Skills

• Proficiency in social media management applications including Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including social media marketing, Facebook Advertising, and branding principles.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management skills for engaging with online communities and partners effectively.
