MARKETPLACE EXECUTIVE FLEEK

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Fleek Marketplace Executive who will be responsible for managing our complete business operations on Fleek. The ideal candidate should be able to learn the platform in detail, understand how Fleek works, manage product listings, handle orders, provide customer support, monitor account performance, and help grow sales on the platform.

This role is suitable for someone who is proactive, research focused, organized, and capable of taking full ownership of Fleek as a complete business channel.

Key Responsibilities

Research and understand the Fleek platform, including seller requirements, product listing rules, order process, payment process, shipping methods, return policies, and account health requirements.

Manage the complete product listing process on Fleek, including product titles, descriptions, categories, pricing, photos, size details, condition details, and product information.

Make sure all listings are accurate, properly optimized, and follow Fleek’s marketplace guidelines.

Coordinate with the inventory, photography, warehouse, and packing teams to make sure listed products are available and ready for dispatch.

Manage daily order processing, including checking new orders, confirming stock availability, coordinating packing, updating order status, and uploading tracking details.

Handle customer support on Fleek, including buyer inquiries, order questions, delivery issues, complaints, returns, refunds, and general communication.

Suggest improvements for pricing, product selection, listing quality, bundle creation, promotions, and sales growth.

Maintain proper records of listed items, sold items, pending orders, customer issues, refunds, returns, and marketplace performance.

Required Skills

Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.

Strong written English for product descriptions and customer communication.

Good research skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and stock tracking.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the platform.

Previous experience in e-commerce marketplaces.

Experience in vintage clothing, second hand fashion, wholesale lots, bundles, or branded used clothing.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who can completely manage Fleek from start to finish. They should not only upload products, but also understand the platform, research what sells, manage buyer communication, solve operational issues, and help grow the business on Fleek.

Work Location: In person

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
