Marketplace Intern (Amazon, Etsy & others)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing Amazon, Etsy, and eBay stores.
• Help upload product listings, update descriptions, and maintain inventory records.
• Conduct basic market research to monitor trends and competitor pricing.
• Respond to customer messages and support queries professionally.
• Assist in order tracking, shipping coordination, and delivery follow-ups.
• Support SEO and PPC activities to improve store visibility.
• Help manage social media promotions and customer engagement.
• Assist in creating promotional content, posts, and newsletters.
• Prepare simple sales and performance reports for the team.
• Maintain organized digital records and files.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and basic online tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service attitude and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
• Previous internship or coursework related to e-commerce will be a plus.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
