About the Opportunity
Shark Labs Global is a high-performance eCommerce growth and consulting company working with 6–7 figure brands across global marketplaces. Alongside our agency arm, we operate and scale our own portfolio of brands — including a multi-million dollar supplements brand, a gourmet gifting brand, and several private-label businesses across beauty, fitness, household, and consumer goods.
We're hiring a Marketplace Project Manager to take complete ownership of execution and growth across all our marketplace channels — Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Faire — for both agency clients and internal brands. This is the senior operator who makes sure every marketplace project ships on time, every account hits its numbers, and every team member delivers to standard.
You will lead a pod of marketplace specialists (PPC managers, listing optimizers, compliance handlers, designers, account health managers) and be the single point of accountability for whether our marketplace work delivers. If a launch is delayed, an ASIN gets suppressed, a Walmart account stalls, or an Etsy shop underperforms — you're the one who diagnoses, mobilizes, and resolves.
What You'll Own
Multi-Marketplace Project Execution
- Drive end-to-end execution across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Faire for agency clients and internal brands.
- Own delivery of every active marketplace project: product launches, PPC campaigns, listing optimizations, ranking pushes, brand registry work, compliance appeals, marketplace expansions, account health recoveries.
- Translate goals into clear roadmaps with deadlines, owners, and accountability.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks before they become escalations.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Lead a pod of 4–8 marketplace specialists across PPC, Listing/SEO, Compliance, Graphics/EBC, and Account Health.
- Run weekly cadence — sprint planning, account reviews, blockers, deliverables.
- Hold every team member accountable to deadlines and quality. No slipped deliverables, no excuses.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training, hiring, or restructuring.
Account & Brand Leadership
- Own the success of a portfolio of agency clients and internal brands across all marketplaces.
- Lead client communication, weekly reporting, escalation handling, and retention strategy.
- Translate goals into prioritized execution plans across multiple platforms.
- Identify upsell, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., Amazon-only client → Walmart launch).
Systems, SOPs & Reporting
- Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and trackers (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Helium 10, Pacvue).
- Own the weekly executive report — project status, account health, revenue, ACOS/TACOS, compliance, blockers.
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and drive continuous process improvements.
Strategic Contribution
- Bring data-backed recommendations on PPC strategy, listing improvements, ranking, brand positioning, and marketplace expansion.
- Stay sharp on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Faire policy changes, algorithm shifts, and category trends.
- Work directly with the Founder on growth strategy, new client onboarding, and portfolio decisions.
What We Require (Non-Negotiable)
- 4–6 years of hands-on multi-marketplace account/project management at an agency or brand.
- Proven track record of managing accounts at $10M+ annual revenue.
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central expertise — PPC, listings, compliance, account health, FBA, Brand Registry, Storefront. (This is the non-negotiable foundation.)
- Working experience on at least 2 of the following: Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Faire. (Multi-marketplace is mandatory — Amazon-only candidates will not be considered.)
- Strong understanding of marketplace PPC, organic ranking, listing optimization, and conversion levers across platforms.
- Hands-on experience with industry tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Data Dive, Pacvue or Perpetua, Walmart Connect, Etsy Ads Manager.
- Proven team leadership — you've managed pods of 4+ specialists.
- Excellent written and spoken English — daily client and team communication.
- Strong project management discipline — Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Data-driven thinker — comfortable with P&L, ACOS/TACOS, conversion metrics, project economics.
- High ownership mindset — you drive outcomes, not activity.
- Sialkot-based or willing to relocate immediately.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience at a top-tier Amazon/eCommerce agency (Tinuiti, Thrasio, Ad Badger, Avenue7Media, or Pakistani agencies of equivalent caliber).
- Experience launching brands in compliance-heavy categories (supplements, beauty, food).
- Amazon DSP experience.
- Multi-marketplace expansion experience (US, UK, EU, UAE, KSA).
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (bonus, not required for this role).
- AI tools fluency for marketplace automation (ChatGPT, Claude, AI listing tools, AI PPC tools).
