Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on expertise in managing product listings, orders, and operations for Walmart and BestBuy marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of marketplace rules, product catalog management, and eCommerce best practices to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Walmart and BestBuy marketplaces, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.
• Handle daily order processing, fulfillment coordination, cancellations, and returns.
• Monitor product performance, availability, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
• Upload and manage bulk product feeds, ensuring proper mapping of SKUs, categories, and attributes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, order issues, and account-related escalations.
• Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, marketing) to streamline operations.
• Generate and analyze performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion rates, OOS trends).
• Stay updated on Walmart and BestBuy marketplace policies, promotions, and API updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Walmart and BestBuy marketplace accounts.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards, seller portals, and listing management tools.
• Proficiency in handling bulk uploads, order flows, and product feed optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO for marketplace listings to improve visibility and sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and bulk data handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
