About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Courtyard by Marriott property in Farmington. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team.

As General Manager, you will:

• Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive business growth.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, preferably with Marriott or similar brands.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and foster a positive guest experience.
