Overview

Job Details:

Plan and optimize product placement across store shelves to improve visibility and support stronger sales performance.

Develop and maintain accurate planograms aligned with the company’s overall commercial strategy.

Guide store teams in implementing planograms by providing clear instructions, layouts, and supporting data.

Work closely with category managers to recommend effective shelf positioning, product assortment, and layout improvements.

Conduct store visits to check shelf arrangements and ensure compliance with approved planograms.

Support new store openings by preparing planograms and assisting during store setup, layout changes, or renovations.

Improve shelf efficiency, product visibility, and overall in-store presentation through practical recommendations.

Monitor planogram execution and suggest improvements for better space utilization and performance.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans across all stores.

Assist in analyzing sales and shelf data to support better merchandising decisions.

Job Experience Requirements

Completed or ongoing higher education in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least one year of experience in retail, purchasing, category management, or a similar role.

Strong analytical thinking with good time management and prioritization skills.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;

Clear communication skills with confidence in working with different teams.

Proactive, energetic, and result oriented working style.
