We’re seeking a School Manager who can lead with passion, drive growth, and ensure that our students and families have an exceptional experience both on and off the mat. If you thrive in a people-focused, mission-driven environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day school operations, ensuring classes and events run smoothly
• Manage student enrollment, retention, and progress tracking
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of instructors and staff
• Foster positive relationships with students and families, providing excellent customer service
• Coordinate special events, belt tests, and community outreach
• Handle scheduling, billing, and administrative systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with ownership to drive student growth and program success
• Maintain a positive, high-energy culture that reflects our school’s values

Who You Are

• Experienced leader with strong organizational and people-management skills
• Passionate about martial arts and committed to student development (Black Belt preferred, but not required)
• Business-minded—able to balance student experience with operational efficiency
• Skilled communicator who can connect with parents, students, and staff
• Growth-oriented and open to ongoing leadership training
• Professional, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Locations:

• We have 9 convenient locations
• Clemmons, Winston-Salem, High Point, Greensboro, Kernersville, Harrisburg, Matthews of North Carolina & Tega Cay of South Carolina

Schedule:

• Full Time (includes evenings and Saturdays)
• Part Time (Schedule will vary Mon-Sat)
