Masari Training Programme for Fresh Graduates

This three-month, paid training initiative offers participants the opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on exposure across key departments within DHCA, including Information Technology, Legal, Property Management, Development and Projects, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Business Excellence, Human Resource and Procurement. Through a structured and immersive curriculum, trainees will enhance their skills and acquire in-depth knowledge of DHCA’s operations, preparing them for successful careers in the public and private sectors.
