Job Title: Mason (Fit-Out Construction)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mason with strong fit-out construction experience to join our project team. The Mason will be responsible for high-quality masonry works during interior and exterior fit-out phases, ensuring finishes meet design, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute masonry works related to fit-out projects, including blockwork, plastering, screeding, and minor concrete works
• Install and repair brick, block, stone, and concrete elements as per approved shop drawings
• Perform finishing works such as wall leveling, surface preparation, and alignment for final finishes
• Work closely with fit-out teams (carpenters, painters, tilers, MEP trades) to meet project timelines
• Read and interpret fit-out drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Mix and apply mortar, plaster, and adhesives to required standards
• Ensure high-quality finishes suitable for interior spaces (offices, retail, residential)

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mason, with fit-out project experience
• Knowledge of interior masonry and finishing techniques
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple trades
• Good understanding of construction tools, materials, and safety practices
• Physically fit and capable of site work
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in work areas
• Assist with rectification works during snagging and handover stages
