- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials such as concrete forms, rebar, masonry supplies, and heavy equipment using appropriate lifting techniques and tools.
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by setting up scaffolding, framing, or other structural components as needed.
- Execute masonry tasks including concrete finishing, rebar installation, stucco application, tile laying, and trim carpentry with precision and attention to detail.
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately interpret project specifications for concrete forming, metal stud framing, or renovation work.
- Operate power tools such as saws, drills, mixers, and welding equipment safely and effectively on-site.
- Collaborate with team members on site to ensure projects are completed efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality in all masonry and restoration tasks. Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on masonry work including concrete finishing, plastering, or stucco application.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics relevant to masonry and general construction projects.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in masonry, carpentry, roofing, and restoration work.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and safety protocols on active sites.
- Experience with metal stud framing, welding, tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, or roofing is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver preferred but not required.
