About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Masonry Foreman to oversee daily field operations and lead crews to successful project completion. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site, while maintaining strong communication with leadership and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily field production in alignment with project plans, contracts, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
- Lead crews to maximize quality, safety, efficiency, and production rates.
- Identify and implement value-added opportunities during project execution.
- Ensure all team members are properly trained, equipped, and compliant with safety policies.
- Act as the on-site safety officer, addressing hazards and ensuring adherence to all safety programs.
- Maintain thorough daily reports, inspections, and project documentation (including photos).
- Monitor labor hours to prevent unworked time from being charged.
- Reduce punch-out work, rework, and unnecessary costs caused by subcontractors or the GC.
- Oversee site security, material, and equipment use, ensuring operators are licensed and equipment is properly maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a construction leadership or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety practices, and project management.
- Ability to manage crews, delegate responsibilities, and enforce company standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Pay: $28.35 - $34.14 per hour
