Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Mass Communication & Influencer Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, digital storytelling, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Mass Communication:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to promote the company’s brand, products, and initiatives.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Manage media relations, build strong connections with journalists, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Support corporate communications, crisis management, and public relations campaigns.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers and content creators aligned with brand objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, coordinate campaigns, and monitor influencer performance metrics.
  • Develop creative influencer briefs and ensure consistent brand voice across influencer content.
  • Track ROI and analyze campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and performance data.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, emerging platforms, and social media algorithms.

Collaborative Functions:

  • Work closely with digital marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Support event marketing, brand collaborations, and product launches through influencer engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital communications, or public relations.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consumer-facing brand or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, Aspire, CreatorIQ).
  • Creativity and storytelling skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
