Mass-Production Manufacturing Job-Participant

Job-participation in full-time high-performance mass-production routines, within the manufacturing-factory-setting.

Required Education/Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or GED -- required.
• Additional education -- required.
• 3.5 yrs of manufacturing experience -- required.

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to interpret, convey, and accurately follow verbal and written English.
• Clean and organized work ethics.

Work Requirements:

• Regularly, sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands, arms, and legs; while performing repetitive operations.
• Able to lift about 50 pounds by hand.
• Vigor, adroitness, full movement, and dexterity.
• Excellent eye-vision abilities; including, close-distance vision, long-distance-vision, color-vision, depth-perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to discern and follow, policies and procedures; as listed in the employee manual.
• Must use safety precautions, maintain a safe work environment; detect, diagnose, and report valid-dilemmas.
• Must wear protective equipment, such as safety glasses, face mask, face shield, helmet, earplugs, and/or gloves, all while complying with safety standards.
• Must perform daily, cleaning, and maintenance -- on all instrumentation, tooling, and machinery used -- i.e. 5S protocols.
• Must perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Must assume responsibility, for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to each task, in order to meet or exceed efficiency goals and evolutionary achievements.
