Massage Specialist

The Massage Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality massage services to clients in a professional salon environment. The role focuses on relaxation, stress relief, and muscle comfort while ensuring excellent customer service, hygiene, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage techniques such as relaxation, head, neck, shoulder, back, and body massage as per client needs
• Assess client preferences and comfort levels before and during the massage session
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of massage rooms, tools, and equipment
• Use oils, creams, and products safely and appropriately
• Ensure a calm, professional, and respectful environment for clients
• Follow salon health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Upsell or recommend additional salon services when appropriate
• Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Massage Specialist or Massage Therapist
• Knowledge of basic massage techniques and body anatomy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Certification in massage therapy is an advantage

Work Environment:

• Salon / Men’s grooming center
• Indoor, clean, and customer-focused setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD200.000 - BD500.000 per month
