• Perform a wide range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, and other specialized techniques.
• Assess clients’ needs, medical conditions, and preferences to recommend appropriate treatments.
• Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients.
• Provide personalized treatment plans and aftercare recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms and work areas.
• Ensure proper sanitation of tools, linens, and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and punctually.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall spa operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and certifications.
