KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience & Results

• Provide exceptional massage therapy tailored to each guest's needs, with a focus on recovery, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic, and relaxation techniques
• Build rapport with guests and create a safe, welcoming, and calm environment
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, recovery practices, and

Contrast services

• Ensure that each guest leaves feeling improved, both physically and emotionally

Brand & Service Standards

• Uphold the highest hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times
• Ensure your treatment room is always clean, prepped, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Arrive early to set up and manage your bookings and session flow
• Take pride in every guest interaction as a representation of the Contrast brand

Sales Support

• Work closely with the front-of-house team to upsell repeat bookings and packages
• Recommend complementary services such as ice baths, sauna, or IV therapy where appropriate
• Contribute to branch performance through service excellence, retention, and client referrals
• Track guest preferences, feedback, and progress to build strong client loyalty

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid massage license or relevant therapeutic certification (UAE-recognized)
• 3+ years experience in a spa, wellness, physiotherapy, or recovery-focused setting
• Experience with deep tissue, sports recovery, lymphatic drainage, or cupping is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a high-end, fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Positive, calm, and confident energy that aligns with the Contrast philosophy
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
