Massage Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality beauty and body treatments while creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and service excellence, with a strong ability to personalize treatments and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Consultation

• Greet clients warmly and conduct professional consultations to understand their needs and preferences
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and aftercare advice
• Build rapport with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits

Beauty & Massage Services

• Deliver professional massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, lymphatic, prenatal — if qualified)
• Additional skills an advantage (facials, waxing, threading)
• Ensure treatments meet the brand’s quality standards and hygiene protocols

Hygiene, Safety & Professional Standards

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment room at all times
• Follow strict health, safety, and sterilization guidelines
• Ensure proper use and care of tools, products, and equipment

Sales & Upselling

• Promote retail products, memberships, and treatment upgrades in a natural and consultative manner
• Support revenue growth through add-ons and client education

Team & Operations

• Collaborate with front desk and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Keep accurate treatment records and client notes
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new techniques and products

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certified Beautician and/or Licensed Massage Therapist
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness setting (luxury preferred)
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, massage techniques, and product usage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and client-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with luxury or high-end clientele
• Knowledge of holistic therapies or advanced skin/body treatments
• Multilingual (Arabic, English, Russian, etc.)
• Retail and upselling experience
