Massage Therapist

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years minimum experience in facial massage, facial sculpting, beauty therapy, or aesthetic treatments Strong, proven experience in lymphatic drainage massage (essential) Experience in facial sculpting, face lifting massage, or holistic facial treatments is highly preferred Hands-on experience with EMS facial devices is a strong advantage Background in luxury spas, aesthetic clinics, facial wellness studios, or results-based facial concepts (e.g., FaceGym-style environments) Solid knowledge of facial anatomy, muscle mapping, skin types, and skincare protocols Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, esthetics, or a related field (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent preferred) Good English communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus but not required) Female candidates preferred Professional appearance, warm demeanour, and strong client care skills Willingness to learn new facial training techniques and grow with the brand Familiarity with the GCC/Middle East beauty and wellness market is a bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial massage, sculpting, and lifting treatments using manual techniques and device-assisted protocols Conduct lymphatic drainage facial therapies to promote detoxification, reduce puffiness, and improve circulation Deliver facial workout and facial fitness treatments focused on lifting, toning, and muscle activation Operate EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) devices safely and effectively for facial toning Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans Track client progress through before/after documentation and adjust treatment plans to achieve consistent, visible results Educate clients on at-home facial fitness routines, product usage, and aftercare protocols Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and treatment room presentation Provide exceptional client consultation, communication, and VIP-level aftercare Uphold WAJH brand standards in a professional, warm, and results-oriented studio environment
