Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Massage Therapist role based in Galali. The therapist will perform a variety of treatments including Thai and therapeutic massages, ensure high standards of hygiene and guest comfort, and provide personalized care based on client needs. Responsibilities include client consultation, treatment delivery, spa preparation, and supporting daily operations. The role requires good customer service, professionalism, and the ability to work as part of a team in a calm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills

* Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist.

* Certified in massage therapy.

* Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with the ability to tailor techniques to individual client needs.

* Proficient in the following Treatments :

* Traditional Thai Massage

* Deep Tissue Massage

* Swedish Massage

* Lymphatic Drainage Massage

* Hot Stone Massage

* Aromatherapy Massage

* Foot Reflexology

* Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage

* knowledge of pressure points and body mechanics.

* Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a professional, client-centered approach.

* Understanding of spa hygiene, safety standards, and professional ethics.

* Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing learning and skills development.

* Basic English communication skills required.
