Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Deliver relaxing and therapeutic massage therapies such as deep tissue massage to promote relaxation and muscle relief.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting treatment areas and tools after each client.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to enhance their experience and meet their individual needs.
• Provide expert advice on skin health, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to each client’s unique skin type and concerns.
• Ensure clear communication with clients throughout their service to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any questions or special requests.
• Stay current with industry trends and new techniques in esthetics and massage therapy to continually elevate service quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients and understand their needs.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and confidently while fostering a positive client experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
• Ability to perform retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments and meet client goals.
• Skilled in product demos to educate clients about skincare lines or wellness products effectively.
