Massage Therapist (New Graduate Mentorship Opportunity)

We are a growing, client-focused massage therapy practice seeking a new graduate or recently licensed Massage Therapist who is looking for a supportive environment to grow, learn, and build a steady clientele.

This is a mentorship-based position designed to help you confidently transition from school into real-world practice while gaining hands-on experience with consistent client flow.

Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role that includes both massage therapy services and light front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs
- Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
- Assist with client check-in and check-out when needed
- Perform light cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep
- Help create a welcoming and positive client experience

Compensation:
- Hourly pay for front desk/admin time ($16 per hour)
- Per-session pay for massage services (30% of services performed for first 60 days)- Opportunities for raises, bonuses, and growth as your clientele builds

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
- Virginia Massage Therapy License (or actively in process)
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and client care skills

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
