Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Master Aesthetician to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong foundation in corrective aesthetics, advanced device-based treatments, and consultative patient care. The Master Aesthetician will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical outcomes while supporting service and retail growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced corrective aesthetic treatments in accordance with scope of practice and clinic protocols
• Safely and effectively operate advanced aesthetic technologies, including Sciton platform, CO₂ lasers, and Morpheus8
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, skin assessments, and treatment planning for all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI)
• Educate patients on recommended treatments, post-care, and retail skincare products
• Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Master Aesthetician License (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Master Aesthetician
• Experience treating all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI)
• Proficiency with Sciton, CO₂, and Morpheus8 technologies strongly preferred

Compensation & Incentives

• Hourly rate: $25–$35 per hour, plus commission
• Commission: Commission opportunities are tied to both services performed and retail product sales
