We are an optometry practice in West Valley City, Utah, focusing on eye care since 1984. As we have grown as a practice, we have constantly looked for new ways to provide great eye care to our patients. We are now offering cosmetic laser treatments to bring a full array of services to our practice to best treat our patients needs.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Esthetician to join our practice. As a Master Aesthetician, you will play a key role in providing exceptional skincare and beauty treatments to our patients. Your expertise, professionalism, and dedication to patient satisfaction will be crucial in ensuring an outstanding experience for every individual who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis to identify specific concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Perform advanced skincare techniques, such as microneedling, radiofrequency treatments, and photofacials.
• Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend effective homecare products to enhance treatment results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the field of esthetics.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation and safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships, providing exceptional customer service and personalized care.
• Collaborate with the doctor(s) to ensure a seamless approach to skincare and eye wellness.

Requirements:

• Valid Master esthetician license/certification from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as a Master esthetician, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of advanced skincare treatments and techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic chemistry and the effects of skincare ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients and establish rapport.
• Ability to efficiently post on social media and grow social media presence (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Willingness to continually learn and stay updated with industry advancements.
