Master Aesthetician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Aesthetician to join our team. As a Master Aesthetician, you will provide a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients, helping them look and feel their best. This is a flexible part time position with opportunity to increase to full time hours. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE A POSITION AT ANOTHER LOCAL SPA.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various aesthetic treatments including Hydrafacial and Hydrafacial body treatments
- Conduct skin analyses and provide personalized skincare recommendations
- Administer chemical peels, derma planing, and microdermabrasion treatments
- Perform BBL HERO, MOXI, SkinPen Microneedling, and Nd Yag laser skin care treatments
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for at-home use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and retail sales using salon software (e.g., JANE)
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional clinic environment

Experience:
- Valid Washington State Master Aesthetician license
- Proven experience/knowledge in providing laser aesthetic skin treatments and services
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits
- Proficiency in performing facials, waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is a plus
- Familiarity with EMR clinic software for appointment scheduling and point-of-sale transactions

Pay: $23.00 - $100.00 per hour
