Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Master Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of advanced skincare techniques and treatments, along with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Social media savvy is a plus, as we believe in leveraging digital platforms to connect with our clients and showcase our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the highest quality care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care to enhance results.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Utilize social media to promote services, engage with clients, and share success stories.

Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia Master Aesthetician license and certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical environment.
• Proficiency in advanced skincare treatments and technologies.
• Proficiency in advanced laser treatments and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, products, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Strong social media presence and ability to create engaging content.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for client satisfaction.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
