We're searching for an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in quality repairs, strong diagnostic skills, and getting the job done right the first time. Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service through professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. No shortcuts. No unnecessary drama. Just quality work, proven processes, and a culture built for long-term success.

Our shop currently services approximately 650 vehicles per month with plans to continue growing toward 700+ vehicles monthly. By God’s grace, we’ve continued to grow year after year—and we’re continuing to build momentum.

Pay is based on experience, skill level, and productivity. Our A-level technicians typically start around $114k annually, with many earning well over $150k+ per year. We believe top-performing technicians should be rewarded with outstanding compensation, supported by consistent workflow, efficient systems, and a team that works together to win.
