$1,500/week guaranteed base + $5 per flag hour over 40 + $1,500 tool allowance

We are hiring ONE Master Technician. Not the title — an actual master. Someone who can diagnose what the dealer can't, run Euro and Asian makes with equal confidence, and earn real money doing it.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY MAKE

- $1,500 per week guaranteed base — paid whether we are slow or slammed. No flat-rate starvation weeks.

- PLUS $5 per flag hour over 40 per week — uncapped. Turn 50 hours, that is $50 extra that week. Turn 55, that is $75 extra. On top of your base.

- $1,500 tool allowance — reimbursable against receipts in your first 90 days

- Real annual earnings for a master who produces: $85,000 to $100,000+

- Autel IA900AST ADAS calibration system — on-site, we do not sublet

- TekMetric shop management with digital inspections and photo documentation

- Full alignment rack, current scan tools, proper diagnostic equipment

- Clean organized shop — not a junkyard with a sign out front

- Service writers (Mayra) who sell your work properly — you get clean ROs, not chaos

WHAT WE EXPECT

- ASE Master certification (A1 through A8) required

- L1 Advanced Engine Performance strongly preferred

- 8+ years independent shop or dealership experience

- Own tools (not a toolbox — actual tools)

- Test drive every car before touching it

- Photograph every inspection

- Stand behind every repair

- Teach the younger guys when asked

- Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus

Schedule: Monday through Friday, negotiable for the right person. Saturday optional with premium pay. Sunday off.

Todo el equipo habla español. El dueño David Caceres está en el taller todos los días. No hay barrera de idioma con la gerencia, clientes, ni compañeros de trabajo.
