Hiring Announcement – Master Cutter

We are looking to hire an experienced Master Cutter to join Palais Des Argano.

Position: Master Cutter
Expertise Required:

• Cutting and pattern-making for Moroccan dresses, kaftans, takchita, and traditional designs
• Expertise in party dresses, evening gowns, and custom-made dresses
• Ability to read designs, create patterns accurately, and ensure perfect fitting
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, and finishing techniques
• High attention to detail and precision

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate patterns for different dress styles
• Cut fabric according to measurements and designs
• Work closely with the designer and tailors
• Maintain quality and consistency in all pieces
• Ensure timely completion of orders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Master Cutter
• Proven work portfolio
• Ability to work with both modern and traditional dress styles
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
