Master Cutter

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Master Cutter** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expert knowledge in pattern making, fabric cutting, and garment construction. If precision and craftsmanship are your strengths, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate patterns based on designs, measurements, and customer requirements

Cut fabrics precisely while minimizing wastage

Ensure proper fitting and alignment of garment pieces

Collaborate with tailors and designers to maintain high-quality production

Inspect finished patterns and make adjustments when needed

Maintain tools, cutting equipment, and workspace

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Master Cutter in tailoring, fashion, or garment production

Strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment fitting

Ability to read and interpret sketches, measurements, and design specifications

Excellent precision, attention to detail, and craftsmanship

Strong communication and team collaboration skills
