Job Description:

Our Arabic fashion boutique is looking for a skilled Master Cutter Tailor with strong technical experience in Abayas, Dresses, and Jalabiyas. The right candidate should understand classic Arabic garment structures while being able to execute contemporary design details with precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately cut fabrics based on sketches, measurements, and garment specifications
• Construct, modify, and complete Abayas, Dresses, and Jalabiyas to premium quality standards
• Coordinate with designers to produce made-to-order pieces and boutique collections
• Work carefully with high-end and delicate textiles, including embellished and embroidered fabrics
• Ensure garments have excellent fit, balance, drape, and overall finish
• Maintain consistency in sizing, quality control, and production accuracy

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Master Cutter Tailor in Arabic garments
• Strong skills in pattern drafting, garment shaping, and construction techniques
• Capable of cutting garments from measurements without pre-made patterns
• Advanced knowledge of fitting, reshaping, and garment alterations
• Good understanding of how different fabrics fall and how embroidery affects structure
• Strong eye for detail and high standards in garment finishing
• Ability to work within a designer or boutique fashion setting
