Master data management( MDM IBM OR INFORMATICA)

Overview

10 years exp in Master data management(IBM MDM or Informatica MDM) and 3+ years experience in Informatica mdm SaaS C360/R360

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Manager to oversee our data management processes and ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of our data assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, management, and analytics, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in supporting our data-driven decision-making processes and enhancing our operational efficiency.

Duties

• Develop and implement data management strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee the collection, storage, and retrieval of data across various platforms.
• Ensure data quality by establishing processes for data validation, cleansing, and transformation.
• Manage server infrastructure and linked data systems to support big data initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver data solutions that meet business needs.
• Utilize tools such as Talend for ETL processes and AWS for cloud-based data storage and processing.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data integration between systems.
• Conduct model training using Spark for machine learning applications to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.
• Provide support for VBA scripting to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Data Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of data management principles.
• Proficiency in server management and linked data technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS services related to big data processing and storage solutions.
• Experience with RESTful API development for system integration.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Talend for effective data handling.
• Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with Spark for big data processing is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
