Responsibilities:

Oversee the establishment and maintenance of master data management policies and procedures.

Develop and enforce data standards, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all systems.

Collaborate with various business units to understand data requirements and streamline data management processes.

Lead and manage the data migration process during ERP implementation and subsequent updates or changes.

Work closely with IT teams to design and implement ERP-related data processes, ensuring seamless integration of master data.

Ensure all master data components align with the overall ERP strategy and architecture.

Establish and oversee data governance protocols to ensure data quality, compliance, and security.

Monitor and resolve data issues, providing analytical support and expertise.

Implement data cleansing and de-duplication initiatives.

Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Develop and maintain master data dashboards and reports to provide insights on data quality and integrity.

Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in master data management.

Proven experience leading ERP implementations, preferably with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Experience with MDM toolsets.

Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and data visualization tools is a plus.

US Citizen or GCH.

Reside within a 50-mile radius of St. Louis, MO.
