Responsibilities:
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of master data management policies and procedures.
- Develop and enforce data standards, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all systems.
- Collaborate with various business units to understand data requirements and streamline data management processes.
- Lead and manage the data migration process during ERP implementation and subsequent updates or changes.
- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement ERP-related data processes, ensuring seamless integration of master data.
- Ensure all master data components align with the overall ERP strategy and architecture.
- Establish and oversee data governance protocols to ensure data quality, compliance, and security.
- Monitor and resolve data issues, providing analytical support and expertise.
- Implement data cleansing and de-duplication initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Develop and maintain master data dashboards and reports to provide insights on data quality and integrity.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in master data management.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations, preferably with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Experience with MDM toolsets.
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of master data management principles and best practices.
- Expertise in ERP systems and data integration techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and data visualization tools is a plus.
- US Citizen or GCH.
- Reside within a 50-mile radius of St. Louis, MO.
