Master Data Officer (SAP)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined professional to manage and maintain accurate master data across our SAP system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations across purchasing, pricing, inventory, and vendor management.

Job Description

* Create, update, and maintain item master data in SAP

* Manage vendor master data creation and updates

* Maintain pricing, discounts, and promotional structures in the system

* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all master data entries

* Coordinate with purchasing, finance, and operations teams for data validation

* Support data cleaning, corrections, and periodic audits

* Maintain proper documentation and compliance of master data processes

* Strong hands-on experience in SAP or ERP Systems.

* Excellent Excel skills for data handling, validation, and reporting

* Understanding of item master setup, vendor creation, and pricing structures

* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Skills

* Experience in retail, FMCG, or supermarket environment

* Knowledge of procurement and inventory processes

* Experience working with large datasets and data reconciliation
